Outdoor Reliability
Moisture, UV exposure, temperature changes and salt-laden air can challenge exposed parts and enclosures.
CLEAN ENERGY
Coating Solutions for Clean Energy Equipment
Yuxin develops PFAS-free silicone and specialty coating solutions for selected components, manufacturing tooling and auxiliary equipment used across solar, energy storage, wind power and related clean-energy systems.
Each coating is developed around the substrate, operating environment, performance target and production process, with application-specific testing from initial samples through scale-up.
Performance requirements
Clean-energy equipment must perform reliably through changing temperatures, outdoor exposure, electrical demands and long operating cycles. The right coating starts with the component and the conditions it must withstand.
Moisture, UV exposure, temperature changes and salt-laden air can challenge exposed parts and enclosures.
Power conversion, storage and process equipment may face sustained heat or repeated thermal cycles.
Selected components may require protection against corrosion, contamination and handling wear.
Tooling and heated process surfaces may need controlled release, reduced residue and easier cleaning.
Application areas
Yuxin develops coating directions around the component, substrate and operating environment—not simply the energy sector it serves.
Selected housings, brackets and thermal-management parts where adhesion, weatherability and temperature stability matter.
Enclosure parts, trays, insulating supports and auxiliary components evaluated against heat, moisture and electrical requirements.
Fasteners, housings, brackets and auxiliary parts exposed to humidity, salt spray and changing temperatures.
Molds, jigs, hot plates and process fixtures that benefit from controlled release, reduced residue and repeatable processing.
Other clean-energy components can be reviewed individually according to their media, pressure, temperature and safety requirements.

Laboratory performance matters only when the coating also fits the substrate, part geometry, pretreatment, line equipment and curing window. We review these conditions before recommending a formulation or trial direction.
Material, surface finish, cleaning and pretreatment method.
Continuous, peak and repeated thermal-cycle conditions.
Moisture, UV, salt, chemicals and other service factors.
Release, friction, cleanability, protection or insulation targets.
Spray, dip, roll or another process, including target film thickness.
Oven capacity, curing temperature, line speed and handling limits.
These inputs help define the coating chemistry, application parameters and validation plan before scale-up.
Testing & validation
Testing is planned around the actual function of the coated component. Relevant conditions and acceptance criteria are defined for each project.
Coating adhesion, curing condition and film formation on the selected substrate.
Surface hardness, scratch resistance and abrasion behavior where required.
Release consistency, residue buildup and cleaning after repeated cycles.
Elevated-temperature exposure, heat aging or repeated thermal cycling.
Humidity, corrosion, salt-spray or chemical exposure where relevant.
Electrical or insulation-related properties when required by the component.
Final test methods and acceptance criteria are confirmed according to the component, operating conditions and applicable customer requirements.
